To enhance your organization's security, we support Single Sign On via SAML.

What is SAML?

Security Assertion Markup Language, or SAML, is a standardized way to tell external applications and services that a user is who they say they are and allows people to sign in once using one set of credentials.

People Element supports SSO through SAML/2.0 gateways. This method suits organizations with their own SAML infrastructure or using services like Okta, Bitium, Microsoft EntraID, and OneLogin.

Once SAML is configured, we provide a unique login link to People Element and this link will trigger the SSO process and log users into their account.

Steps for set up:

  • People Element provides your Login URLs and Audience/Entity ID.

  • Use the provided URLs to set up the SAML service on your identity provider.
  • To finalize the set-up in your account, have an Account Admin share your SAML Metadata URL. 
  • People Element will import your Metadata and configure account settings.
  • Once the connection is active, your People Element team will reach out to test and validate.
